Here are the points I remember
- Pull the arm you want up until the elbow is above your navel
- Reach around to monkey grip the bicep then anchor your arm to your body
- With your free hand, grab your opponents gi above his shoulder and pull him down
- Use your leg, from the side of the arm you captured, to turn your body
- Bite down on your opponents back with your opposite leg to drive him down
- Release the gi and push his head down
- Throw your other leg over the head and bite down
- squeeze the knees together as you thrust up with the hips
